Exchange for products
Product can exchange before any order process and despatch.
Product can be return to exchange within 7 days except for Non-return categories. Refer Details in return policy.
Non Acceptance of order
Order acceptance and the completion of the trade between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may result of one of the following:
- The product that you have ordered is unavailable in stock
- Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Urgent order
Unless otherwise specified for particular reasons, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders in below conditions:
For normal reasons, you can cancel your order before your payment submit and confirm.
For Special reasons, order cancelled after payment made & processed, it may not be cancelled, instead please follow return guideline and policy. Once return approve, it will be refund.
Out of stock Item
If 1 of item in order was out of stock, we will contact and inform you. For worst case we will processed all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will cancel and get refund to you.
We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order and the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout.
We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations in which event, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
For international delivery, please ensure Delivery/Export order to your destination countries are allow. We do not hold any responsibility to custom clearance/tax imposed at your listed countries.

Delivery To Your Address
Your item will double check before it dispatch to your address. Tracking code of delivery will be provide in your account at our website.
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a package that is returned because of an incorrect address.
We are committed to ensure that your orders are delivered to you safely and on time. Therefore only the person in authorized address shall be permitted to accept the delivery. Please make sure that the authorized receiver is present to make the authorized signature. You may reach to our team in case of any faults, defects or damage.
Worldwfashion reserve the rights not to release the delivery in the absence of the authorized receiver.
Worldwfashion is making every effort to deliver your order within the time stated. However, due to certain unforeseen circumstances, slight delay in deliveries might occur, worldwfashion will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late or delayed delivery.
Missing Or Damaged Parcel
You are require to check your item upon receive. Any of the damage parcel can be reject to receive before sign and confirm. However, if you have receive, you are required to make a report to us on missing or damaged item(s) in your package within 24 hours after you have received the package. We will not entertain any request if more than 24 hours after you have received the package.
Check & Return
You are require to check your item upon receive. Any issues, you are require reporting to us within 24h. For return, please follow guidelines in return policy.
Dropship agent in any level require agree and follow all the terms stated in this website whether in T&C or in Dropship Application Page. We reserved the right to remove any Dropship or Dropship agent that do not follow the terms.
Termination & Suspension
We may immediately issue a warning, suspend or terminate your use in our site and deny your access to all or part of the website or refuse to provide our services to you without notice if: (1) You are in breach of any part of the terms; (2) We believe that your actions may cause legal liability for us, you, or any other user.
