Only returns via courier service or pgeon point is accepted, as we do not honor any walk-ins. Please double check that the items you wish to return do not fall into the non-return items in the table list below. You can return the unworn and returnable items listed in below table within 7 days of purchase.

 

  • Returns can only be processed if it is initiated by Our member account holder and will only be processed to our member account holder. The information provided should match specific information in our database.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags , strips, or original packaged attached. Please note that hygiene strips should not be tear when testing wear.

All return items Must check and packed with below requirements in the return parcel:

  2. Original unused Conditions and Tags Intact
  3. Original Packaging
  4. For Any Items that Contain Hygiene Strips Cannot be removed. Once show sign of remove, item consider sold.

Once return done within 7 days, We will process the return parcel. The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer.   • For cash/bank transfer refund, pls allow 2-5 working days process.
